Jeff has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years, and has worked in Saints Health and Fitness for 15 years.
He has been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. Jeff will take the time to really get to understand his clients’ goals and needs. Jeff's clients range from 14-70 years.
Keen to separate exercise fact from fiction, Jeff regularly attends fitness conventions and master classes around the country to update exercise methods, nutrition, systems and techniques.

Gaining twelve years experience in health and fitness and participating in a variety of sports, long distance running, rugby union and mixed martial arts in native South Africa.
Jake makes sure he is specific on the correct teqniques of training to prevent injuries, this helps his clients with future training and ensures they are in top physical condition.

With ten years experience in the health and fitness industry, working for Nuffield health in London, football coaching in the United States and a varied client base with us at saints Jules has the knowledge to help any client with their goals no matter how big or small.
Devolping his own style of personal training, often thinking outside the box and outside of the gym, Jules will really breakdown each session and make it as specific but enjoyable as possible.

Tom was attached to Tranmere Rovers F.C Centre of Excellence for 7 years, where he also represented Wales at schoolboy level and represented the region of North East Wales at Golf, achieving a handicap of 2. After completing an undergraduate degree in Sports Coaching and Development and postgraduate Masters degree in Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation, Tom founded CARDIA Fitness & Lifestyle, specialising in Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching.
Tom has a passion for helping others realise their potential and achieve their goals; specialising in Weight Loss and Diabetes, Tom has a wealth of knowledge around the areas of health and fitness. Tom aims to not only facilitate the individualised fitness programs for his clients, but give them the knowledge and confidence to exercise alone, creating quality sessions for themselves and most importantly, sustainable results.
