Saints is the premier squash, health and fitness centre in North Wales. Located in Meliden, near Prestatyn, it serves the local community in providing health and social facilities.
Following a £1 million refurbishment in 2007, it now offers a cardiovascular gym equipped with state of the art machines, two free weight rooms and studios for fitness classes and spinning.
The licensed bar offers a full selection of food and drink and is a great place just to meet and socialise.
Saints also offers 3 squash courts, mens and womens' changing rooms with sauna and steam rooms respectively and a solarium.
