Our gym is equipped with the latest 'Technogym' cardiovascular and weights machines, a large free weights section . It is the largest gym in Prestatyn and the only gym to be equipped with 'Technogym' equipment.

More Squash courts than any other gym in Prestatyn

We have 3 squash courts (more than any other gym in Prestatyn) and are home to 'Saints Stars' Squash team. Whether you play for fun or wish to improve your game our Summer League is open to all.

Why not try spinning or another class...

If motivation is required why not join in on one of our many classes ranging from spinning, 'abs' classes, strength and tone to circuit training, including Ladies Only classes. Circuit training takes place both inside and outside

Relax with a steam, sauna or a drink in the bar

After a hard training session relax by having a sauna or steam and then a drink in our fully licensed bar, which also serves home made snacks.

Dumbell Room

We have a large amount of free weights ranging from 5kgs to 50kgs .This room also has a smith machine , incline , decline and flat benches .

Plate Loaded Room

Using nautilis plate loaded equipment , Suitable for all gym users .

Studio

Our studio is now fitted with the latest soft flooring . Ideal for all classes . We do over 10 classes a week in the studio ranging from legs , bums and tums to boxercise and kick boxing .
